Fulfillment complete

Hi Everyone,

Just a quick line to let you know that fulfillment for this project has been completed a few weeks ago. Most of the US backers should have received their rewards, international may take a bit longer.

I hope you all really like the decks - I think they turned out really well :)

3 more things:

1) There are still 14 backers who have not yet given me their shipping info. If you are one of these (and I have emailed, notified and updated you if you are), then know that I can't ship your decks unless I have your address. Please sort that out.

2) Due to the production factory jumping the gun a bit with production we have a very limited stock of decks left over for the Medieval project. I believe that once the dust settles on everything we will only have around 20-40 spare decks. These will go up on our website (http://elephantplayingcards.com/) if you want to grab more.

3) In 1 week we will be launching our next deck which is completely different from this one. It is a real world first with a super cool secret, colorful designs and very cheap earlybirds - keep an eye on your emails for more information in the coming days.

Quick shipping update

Hi everyone,

Just touching base to let you know that I have received confirmation that all the decks have been shipped from the warehouse, so you will get them soon. If you are in the US, experience tells me you will have them in 2-10 days. If you are international, then anywhere from 4-20 days. If you are waiting longer than 3 weeks, make sure to get in touch with me to sort out what has happened. Some people leave it for months and months – just let me know and I’ll do my best to track it down or replace.

Hi everyone,

Just a quick update to let you know that the Medieval decks are now onboard our delivery plane headed to our warehouse. the ETA is the 10th of Jan, so all going well we should begin shipping in around a week.

This means I need your surveys returned! Most people have been great and filled them out already, but I can't ship you anything if I don't know where you live! If you haven't filled out your survey then fill it out! (if you haven't you will have been getting periodic reminder emails from me).

Shipping Update

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to drop a quick line to let you know that I have recieved confirmation from Legends that the Medieval decks are printed, packaged up, and ready for transport. They are currently waiting on a quotation for air transport (which will take ~1 week travel time instead of 4), and then they will be off. I expect that this project will start fulfilling in around 2 weeks.

Production update and surveys

Hi everyone!

Just a quick update to let you know the status of these awesome Medieval playing cards:

• Printing of decks and cards complete.
• The decks are currently being packaged to be shipped.
• They will be shipped by air mail, so aprox. 1 week travel time.
• Once the decks arrive at our warehouse they will be shipped.

This all sounds great (and it is), but keep in mind that at Christmas time things tend to slow down, so it's possible that a few days get added to each step. There is also typically a lot of shipping that gets done at this time so the warehouse might be delayed as well. I don't want to dampen your spirits, but last project I shipped in December took a month to get out the door. Hopefully that won't happen for us, but in case it does it is not the end of the world. 

So that's it - everything is on it's way :) I hope you are all enjoying the leadup to Christmas - it's such a fun time of the year!
